Coaching is a sacred form of guidance to me.

My specialty is working with high-achieving individuals who are ready to level up - yet find themselves stuck in the invisible symptoms and patterns of generational family dysfunction. These patterns eventually express themselves as spiritual exhaustion, are felt in the body, and often surface in relationship struggles and challenges of self-esteem.

I guide you to freedom from those inherited patterns so you can evolve your relationships and find clarity of purpose - working with every dimension of who you are: mind, body, and spirit.

I trained in Spiritual Direction at the Rowe Center (MA), hold certification in Transformational Coaching (Dr. Kuhn), and have advanced training in Relational Life Therapy (Terry Real). I'm also well versed in 12-Step recovery work.

The Larger Perspective

The life you want is on the other side of healing the wounding of your personality.

My teacher and mentor Thomas Yeomans, PhD - who helped bring Psychosynthesis to North America after studying with Dr. Roberto Assagioli in Italy - has put forth the possibility that the soul, the larger part of who we are, already knows all about this lifetime. It holds the entire horizon of what is possible for us. It knows the potential of what we came to this lifetime for.

But to see from that larger perspective, we first have to address the wounding of the personality - the conditioning and programming of our childhood through our family of origin. A blueprint was superimposed over our original blueprint - our soul-print, as Dr. Chelsea Wakefield has named it. Our work together in coaching is to deactivate that superimposed blueprint.

There is no banishing wounding out. There is only compassionate integration of our wounds - and loving acceptance of what they prepared us for. Anything short of this work is spiritual bypass and leads back to the same sense of being unfulfilled, no matter our worldly accomplishments.

When the "noise" or "obstruction" of the wounded personality clears, soul force can get embodied. That is the beginning of breakthrough. This is where multi-dimensional perspective occurs.

Twelve weeks of private 1:1 work to dismantle the stuck patterns anchored in generational family dysfunction - and reconnect you to a static-free relationship with your own soul's perspective.

Every session weaves together transformational coaching and spiritual direction. That's not two services - it's how I work. We move through your family system, your nervous system, your inner parts, and your patterns, across every dimension: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
